STAINLESS STEEL SANI-TRAC
The LB Stainless Steel Sani-Trac Conveyor System as shown above is available for 6" or 9" spacing. The conveyor chain is equipped with the LB-1150 orange plastic wheel with stainless steel balls. The wheels are mounted on the trolleys with choice of stainless steel or zinc plated fasteners.
The LB chain for either 6" or 9" centers is stainless steel or zinc plated. This assembly is normally shipped in 10 ft. sections for 6" centers or 12 ft. sections for 9" centers completely assembled and ready to place in service on your tublar track.
FORGED SANI-TRAC
The LB SANI-TRAC CONVEYOR SYSTEM for use with the X-348 or SL-348 zinc plated chain is shown to the right. These trolley brackets are drop-forged and equipped with the LB-1150 orange plastic conveyor wheel with stainless steel balls. Our wheels are mounted on the brackets with zinc plated fasteners and can be configured in either 6” or 12” spacing. This chain is shipped assembled in 10 ft.sections ready to place in service on your existing tubular track. The pendants are available with either 1/2” or 5/16” bottom hole. The chain used in this assembly is drop-forged and available in either clear zinc (silver) or yellow dichromate (gold) plating.
SL-348 BOLTED CHAIN
The LB SL-348 HIGH ALLOY CHAIN features all bolted construction that will not disassemble during use. You can expect longer chain life as the pins rotate during operation, eliminating the one-sided wear that occurs with the older X-348 chain pins. This sanitary conveyor chain is available assembled in 10 ft. sections with either clear zinc (silver) plating or yellow dichromate (gold) finish.
LB CONVEYOR WHEELS
LB WHEELS are better because their tough, durable molded construction assures smoother running and longer life. Their non-lube feature – keeps them clean, free of troublesome dust and grime. The self-lubricating wheel contains two rows of stainless balls rotating on plastic. This gives you the lowest friction wheel available. LB WHEELS are available for virtually every kind of 3" overhead conveyor system. LB-X-348-P PLASTIC CHAIN
The LB-X-348 Plastic Chain is tough, light, corrosion proof, and sanitary. This particular chain is 70% lighter than a metal chain. It dramatically extends the conveyor life and also significantly cuts energy costs. The plastic chain can be used with the same sprockets, turn weels, and trolley attachments as the metal X-348 chain. The Plastic X-348 Chain is virtuall maintenance-free. It is easily assembled without any tools.
The X-348-P Chain is specifically designed for overhead conveyor service where corrosion and sanitation is a constant problem. This chain is exceptional in a water environment that corrodes metal chain. It is easily cleaned with detergent and hot water up to 150 degrees F. (65 degrees C.) LB’s Plastic Chain has a rated working load /lbs. per 10 ft. section of 1500 lbs., if this chain pull is exceeded, additional drives must be used. Chain lines exceeding 400 feet are not recomendend for plastic chain.
The X-348-P Chain is shipped assembled in 10 ft. sections equipped with plastic trolleys fitted with the LB HD-400 heavy-duty conveyor wheels with stainless steel balls, plastic pendants with 1/2 “ bottom hole and stainless steel fasteners.
X-348 FORGED CHAIN CONVEYOR
The X-348 Forged Chain Conveyor is the heart of the conveyor chain. X-type rivetless chain has proved to be ideal for overhead trolley installations because of its strength, lightness of weight, and overall simplicity. All parts on the LB X-348 Chain are drop forged from high carbon steel and heat treated for maximum strength and wear resistance. |
